Dr. Margaret (Meg) Hargreaves, PhD, MPP, Principal Associate at Community Science, has expertise in the areas of trauma-informed community and systems change, healthcare reform, population health, health equity, family and children services, and program evaluation. In addition to directing the Change in Mind initiative's evaluation, she is also the co-principal investigator of the Study of Community-Based Family Support Networks in Washington State for the ACEs Public Private Initiative (APPI). Before joining Community Science, Dr. Hargreaves was a senior health researcher at Mathematica Policy Research, where she directed the APPI evaluation and evaluations of numerous other systems change initiatives. Dr. Hargreaves is nationally recognized for her methodological expertise conducting complex systems evaluations. She was the recipient of the American Evaluation Association's (AEA) Marcia Guttentag Promising New Evaluator Award in 2011, and she chairs AEA's Systems in Evaluation Topical Interest Group.
