Susan currently serves as the Special Assistant for Health and Human Services in Montgomery County, Maryland. In her current capacity, Susan is leading the effort to integrate the County's public health and social service delivery system focused on improving client outcomes. Prior to joining Montgomery County, Susan served as the Director for Human Capital Management at the Graduate School in Washington, DC, a not for profit training and adult education organization. As the Director of Human Capital Management, Susan led the transformation of the human resources function from transactional and tactical focus to a strategic human capital office. Susan has also held various leadership positions with state and local public health and human services organizations in the Washington, DC area. She has also served as the executive director of not for profit agency.
